TNDC After School Program Graduate Aisha Robinson Beats the Odds

Cheryl Jennings of ABC 7 News celebrates TNDC's work with this heartwarming story of TNDC employee Sharon Bonnett and her daughter Aisha Robinson's struggle to grow as a family in the rough Tenderloin neighborhood. Aisha graduated from college last month with plans to become a social worker, like those who helped her at TNDC. "I just always knew that's what I wanted to be," she explains. "TNDC made me feel so good inside. I want to make people feel how I felt, because I think: where I would have been without their help?" Congratulations, Aisha!
