Grand Opening for Casa Adelante—2828 16th Street
TNDC and MEDA celebrated 143 supportive homes coming to the Mission with Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Mayor London Breed, Supervisor Hillary Ronen, and community members in May 2022!

With on-site services like a rooftop farm providing access to free produce and options for affordable childcare, TNDC and our many partners are actualizing a strong community for current and future generations.”
78 Haight Groundbreaking
We were excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of 63 homes at 78 Haight in Hayes Valley! We were joined by Mayor London Breed, Supervisor Preston's Office, Silicon Valley Bank, Merritt Community Capital, and more!
921 Howard Groundbreaking
In August 2021 TNDC, Curtis Development, Swinerton, and Perry Architects broke ground on 203 affordable homes in the heart of SOMA! 921 Howard is one of the largest affordable housing projects in San Francisco and over 13 years in the making!
