TNDC Names Roxanne Huey Chief Financial Officer
Dated 7.25.2022
The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) announced that Roxanne Huey has been named the organization's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective July 25, 2022.
Huey brings 35 years of accounting and finance experience, including executive and leadership roles in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She comes to TNDC from the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF), a national community development financial institution, where she served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for 16 years.
Huey’s career began at Deloitte, the world’s leading accounting firm, where she had a broad range of audit clients, including public and private companies. She has also worked in the financial services, real estate brokerage, and registered investment advisory fields.
We are thrilled to welcome Roxanne to TNDC, where she will make an immediate impact on our business operations,” says TNDC CEO Maurilio León. "Her broad experience and passion for our mission will be instrumental in advancing the implementation of TNDC's strategic plan to build transformative communities through Homes, Health, and Voice."
As the new CFO, and member of the organization’s executive team, Huey's areas of responsibility will include financial, asset management, operational, and information technology.
I am honored and humbled to join the TNDC team, which has such a rich history in serving San Francisco and beyond," Huey said. “I am impressed by the team's dedication to solid strategic growth, its devotion to TNDC employees, and its commitment to positively impacting the communities it serves. I see tremendous opportunity in this organization and am incredibly excited to help lead this important next phase of growth.”
Though a numbers person, Huey thrives on translating them into accessible language so all members of the organization can understand their meaning toward meeting established goals. Roxanne is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University in Sacramento.
