Announcing TNDC's New Chief Operating Officer

Dear Friends of TNDC,
We are excited to announce that Katie Lamont, TNDC's Senior Director of Housing Development, has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO)!
Katie brings her expertise in housing and creating collaborative environments to her new role as COO. Over her last ten years with TNDC, Katie has exemplified incredible leadership in building a strong housing development team, overseeing the construction of 1,700 new and existing affordable supportive homes, and fostering strong partnerships throughout our community. Her vision and commitment to equity will be critical to growing our work building transformative housing in San Francisco! Read more about Katie here.
With Katie's new role, we're also enthusiastic to share that Chris Cummings, Associate Director of Housing Development, will step into the role of Interim Director of Housing Development. Chris has been a valuable part of TNDC for the last 8 years. His passion for TNDC's mission is evident in his focus on preserving existing TNDC buildings alongside building new affordable housing.
