TNDC hosted the signing of AB 2011 + SB 6 + 36 Other Laws to Accelerate the Construction of Housing
On Wednesday September 28th, TNDC (Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation) hosted the signing of AB 2011 + SB 6 + 36 other laws to accelerate the construction of housing for CA.

41st TNDC Anniversary Celebration
This year's 41st TNDC Anniversary focused on the future of supportive housing and equitable community building! Our Anniversary included various affordable housing and community leaders discussing how our work and partnerships continue to innovate, grow, and become more equitable.
Speakers included: Maurilio León, TNDC CEO; Katie Lamont, TNDC COO; Diane Heffner, TNDC CPO; District 6 Supervisor Matt Dorsey; Lydia Ely, Deputy Director, MOHCD; and Cindy Wu, Executive Director, LISC.
2022 TNDC Pool Toss
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, TNDC’s POOL TOSS, a benefit for TNDC’s After-School Program (TASP), is back LIVE.
With our incredible Tosses taking the plunge while supporting the TNDC TASP’s, supporting programming for kids and youth in the Tenderloin.
Grand Opening for Casa Adelante—2828 16th Street
TNDC and MEDA celebrated 143 supportive homes coming to the Mission with Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Mayor London Breed, Supervisor Hillary Ronen, and community members in May 2022!
“In celebrating the opening of Casa Adelante—2828 16th Street, we celebrate the opportunity for families, children, and individuals to build stability and vibrant futures in San Francisco,” said Maurilio León, CEO of TNDC. “This building is a testament to innovation in affordable housing. With on-site services like a rooftop farm providing access to free produce and options for affordable childcare, TNDC and our many partners are actualizing a strong community for current and future generations.”
