She has more than 20 years of experience in affordable and supportive housing and she is well-versed in various housing programs and regulations. She began her career as a leasing agent and worked her way up in the property management industry. She holds several certifications that demonstrate her skills and commitment to the industry. She is also pursuing a degree in Public Administration. She has managed multiple projects, teams, and partnerships, providing excellent service and value to residents, investors, and stakeholders. Tia is a motivated and passionate leader who strives to enhance both financial performance and social impact.
