Matt Rosen is TNDC’s Director of Social Work and Community Services, where he oversees the high-quality delivery of all resident services and community programs. Matt brings more than 25 years of experience as a nonprofit manager and leader, with a successful track record in program and services design, organizational strategy, fundraising, and systems improvement. Most recently he served as Chief Program Officer at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. In previous roles Matt was Executive Director of Foster Youth in Action and Vice President of Programs at the Youth Leadership Institute. Matt got his start in affordable housing in Michigan, where he served as Assistant Program Officer for the Corporation for Supportive Housing’s state office. Matt has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and an MSW from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
