Tom joined TNDC in January 2019, having previously worked in social impact consulting and international development. While with TNDC he has grown through four different roles, driving various operational and financial process improvements.
As Director of FP&A, Tom leads TNDC’s interdepartmental Data Operations team, project manages the annual budgeting process, develops regular financial forecasts, and provides general financial and quantitative support for the organization.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.
