Serving 150 families living with low incomes 

TNDC joined Related California on this ambitious project in the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure’s designated Transbay Redevelopment Project Area in San Francisco . Known as Avery Lane, the building is composed of two parts—450 Folsom and 250 Fremont—offering a total of 150 affordable homes. 450 Folsom is composed of a 55 story tower with 70 affordable rentals and 280 market rate rentals in levels 1 through 31. The other portion of this project, 250 Fremont, contains two mid-rise podium buildings. Two mid-rise podium buildings on adjacent parcels contain 79 rental units that are 100% affordable. Shared resident amenity spaces are distributed throughout the development, including a fitness center, roof garden, lounge terrace, and resident community garden.
