Housing openings at the Civic Center Residence are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on your income, rent will be either $550 or $600.

Located in the Tenderloin, Civic Center Residence, originally, a home for young working women, now offers housing for formerly homeless seniors and individuals.

The building includes onsite social services provided by TNDC, outdoor courtyards, community kitchens and close access to public transit.
