Serving 67 families and individuals living with low incomes, including those who have experienced homelessness and currently living with health challenges
Located in the heart of the Tenderloin, Curran House is one of the few buildings in the neighborhood designed with families in mind. With a combination of studios, 1BRs, 2BRs, and 3BRs, Curran House provides space for large and small families to live and grow.
The building includes onsite social services provided by TNDC, an interior courtyard, rooftop garden with support from TNDC’s Urban Agriculture team, and close access to the TNDC Tenderloin After-School Program and public transit.
